At 21stCY Skincare Store, we are committed to delivering your skincare products quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review our shipping policy below for important details on UK and international delivery, cancellations, and customer responsibilities.


📦 UK Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping – £5
    Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days.

  • Priority Shipping – £10
    Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days.

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £60.

Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

 


📍 Evri Pick-Up Point / ParcelShop Deliveries

For orders delivered to Evri ParcelShops / Pick-Up Points, please note:

  • Evri does not support claims for missing items on parcels collected from a Pick-Up Point.

  • They only support claims for parcels that are fully lost or fully damaged, not partially missing.

  • Because of this, we strongly recommend checking the parcel at the point of collection and reporting any concerns immediately.

This policy is set by Evri and applies to all merchants using the service.


🚚 Shipping & Tracking

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

  • We cannot guarantee courier delivery times once parcels leave our warehouse, but we will always provide tracking updates.


🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note the following before placing your order:

  • Import Duties & Taxes Options at Checkout:

    • Option 1 (DAP): Pay duties, taxes, and customs fees after delivery directly to your local customs office. Customers choosing this option are fully responsible for paying these charges.

    • Option 2 (DDP): Pre-pay all duties, taxes, and customs fees at checkout. This ensures a smoother delivery, with no additional payments required on arrival.

  • Customer Responsibility: All duties, taxes, and fees remain the responsibility of the customer. 21stCY Skin Store does not control these costs.

  • Customs Delays: Delays caused by customs checks are outside of our control. Please contact your local customs office for guidance on import timelines.

  • Restricted/Seized Goods: We are not liable for orders rejected, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities. Customers must ensure that products are permitted for import in their country before placing an order.


📍 Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers (UK & International) must provide complete and accurate details at checkout:

    • Full name

    • Full address (including house/apartment number & postcode)

    • Valid email address

    • Active phone number

  • If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided at checkout, 21stCY Skin Store will bear no responsibility for the misdelivery.

  • Once an order is marked “delivered” by the courier, we are no longer liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels.


❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before dispatch due to change of mind will incur a £5 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled but may be returned under our Return Policy.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days once cancellations or returns are approved.
